The kick-off event for the three DAAD-funded Konrad Zuse Schools of Excellence in Artificial Intelligence happened in September. Our team proudly presented our joint “Konrad Zuse School of Excellence in Reliable AI (relAI)”, with Prof. Dr. Stephan Günnemann (TUM)
and Prof. Dr. Gitta Kutyniok (LMU) as directors, Prof. Dr. Frauke Kreuter (LMU) and Prof. Dr. Eyke Hüllermeier (LMU) as members of the steering committee also including Prof. Dr.-Ing. Sandra Hirche and Prof. Dr. Daniel Rückert, as well as Dr.-Ing. Monika Michaelis (LMU), Dr. Marco Barden (TUM) and Dr. Emmelie Korell (TUM) as science managers. The first cohort of Master’s and PhD students will start in October.
